Open the Resource Capacity window.

The Resource Capacity window shows a summary of the amounts of units of measure for resources in different time periods.

On the Matrix Options FastTab, select different time intervals in the View by field.

In the View as field, you can choose one of the following options to determine what type of amount will be shown in the period columns: Net Change shows the net change in the budgeted amount for each period; Balance at Date shows the budgeted capacity as of the last day in each period.

On the Resource Capacity Matrix FastTab, fill in the columns with the following information:

This column shows the number of the resource on the line.

Name

This column shows the name of the resource on the line.

Periods

Each period column shows the budgeted capacity (Net Change or Balance at Date) for the resources for a specific period. The periods shown depend on the time interval in the View by field.
